"This was my first order with MyKnobs and I am extremely pleased with the product and service. I ordered 6 oiled bronze cup pulls and only 8 of the 12 screws came with the pulls. I called and was assured that the extra screws would be sent. An hour later, a person called to tell them they had been sent. I did not feel it necessary to contact My Knobs for 4 screws but after going to the hardware store and learning that they were an unusual and uncommon size, I did call. The package arrived as promised and now all 6 pulls are secure and look wonderful. I highly recommend MyKnobs for the quality of their stock and for the excellent customer service I experienced. Thank you!!"
