Package never arrived
"After over a month not receiving I wrote to the customer service, they wrote back I should wait for another few weeks and if the package does not arrive until then they would refund me. After Waiting another two month (!) I wrote again and they told me it must be my fault, probably I did not enter the correct address or somebody stole the parcel from my front door. Never saw the money again nor the items."
