Reliable and Efficient
"I had questions prior to purchase of an expensive lighting kit and the person with whom I spoke with was friendly, courteous, experienced and answered all my technical questions and actually helped me complete my order via the call. Interestingly, while other local competitors, as well as the manufacturer, had already taken the kit in question off sale, Focus continued to offer it at a worthwhile sale discount that prompted my purchase. Delivery was timely. I would definitely consider purchasing from Focus again."

"This is my second interaction with Abe's, having bought a Sony Home Entertainment system from Abe's a year ago. That experience was quite satisfying. I purchased the receiver on sale, they ran out of units and offered me options but also gave me the option to wait, which I did. And ahead of their estimate of when the unit would be back in stock, I received it and in perfect condition. Expecting to receive my new order in the same way."
