"when using Amazon Pay their website changed my shipping from free to priority, a $93 charge, after I selected "purchase now". Their customer service via phone, email, submit inquiry, is non-existent. I finally got through on chat the next day and had to fight with them to make it right. BUT as soon as I told them I was able to recreate the incident and record it with video they immediately offered to make it right. THEY KNOW ABOUT THIS AND USE IT TO SCAM CUSTOMERS."
