Worst Customer Service I have Ever Experienced
"I ordered several pieces of very expensive furniture for my office. I had to wait over 90 days for one item. They shipped all the pieces individually on different dates and would not consolidate the deliveries. I needed all the pieces at once so I had to store everything until I got the final shipment. The final shipment was delayed twice. I contacted customer service several times with no help except they did refund the shipping amount on the delayed piece. Overall a nightmare."
