"The item is GREAT ! Better than expected.
You need to work on your packaging. WAY over packed . Box was too big, required about three times the amount of filler . The paper you used actually FILLED ! our commercial dumpster. Horrible waste of good trees . A smaller box and "air-pillows " would be a much better choice."
