Buyer Beware
"I purchased almost $1000 worth of product. The most expensive being the wireless charging station for $249. The product is CHEAPLY made. The adapter to charge the power pack broke after a couple uses. As well it overheats and causes the memory card to warp/melt. What's alarming is Zetronix is aware of the fire hazard. In addition, the battery life on both wireless charger and hidden black box do not last on standby, anywhere near what they advertise. When I called to complain about the products, I was transferred to a call center out of Country. This made communication very difficult. I wanted to return 3 items and the representative assured me they would replace the items, and everything would be alright. They only shipped one replacement item. I called customer service and they told me they were aware that only 1 item was shipped. In addition, they told me I could not return the broken items. All I can say, BUYER BEWARE. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!! They'll figure out any means necessary not to refund your money. Keep in mind, the items are very expensive and not well made."
