"i ordered a psp slim headset for online talk and a psp slim remote. i ordered it on 1/15/08 and they eamiled me on 1/16/08 saying it was shipped. now its 1/1/08 and i still havent gotten my stuff
i got this email after the invoice

then i emailed them a few more times and got this one yesterday
