"Ordered products on 4/1/10 using CC. Shipped out on 4/2/10. Delivery was made in SE by USPS on 4/8/10. All items received as ordered.
Only thing I can say about ordering is that if you need something quickly, do NOT have it shipped USPS parcel post, as their speed is like a snail and tracking is great, if you like waiting for updated data. I used the "free" shipping and that is why it too so long to get to the SE US."
"Just how does a company this BAD stay in business?
Order placed @ 7 AM on 12/14. Showed FREE Overnight FedEx delivery on web-site. When email verification rec'd, showed delivery for 12/18, thought not next day, but OK, would be here in time for Christmas gift for daughter. Bad assumption, on my part.
Was out of town and came back late on Friday, 12/22. Called morning of 12/23 to trace item. Wrong again, they had not scheduled for delivery OUT of their warehouse until 12/28 (also, person who answered at call center could hardly speak English.)
Checked emails, and nope, they had NOT notified me of the change of date of shipping.
Sent a complaint on their web-site, but after the SCAMS they run on their rebates (have an issue with one now), doubt they will do anything about it, other than ignore it. Will boycott this company in total from now on, OfficeMax, Staples, etc. do too good a job and wish I had gotten out to shop now, instead of ordering a camera they didn't have in stock, they showed me!"
"Have ordered numerous times from this company and have found them to be extremely competitive (best REAL) priced for pet supplies. They send out day of order and they ship priority mail (Last order was made on Friday morning and received on Monday morning on other side of country!) Will go back to shop there for anything they offer, as are extremely reliable."
"Ordered product, was told would be delivered in 2 weeks. After their constantly changing date, 4 weeks+ had passed and finally cancelled order. Unhelpful and lying does not even begin to cover them, and their comment forn on thier site that sends you an automatic message that someone will get with you within 24 hours is pure BS!"
"Bought an antenna from RS and it would not work properly. Sent an email to RS "customer care" and got an immediate reply that they would reply within "next 24 business hours." Days later, I called their office and after negotiating their myriad of choices made it to a human. They were clueless about products AND customer service. I guess if they have what you want and it works, you MAY be ok, but hit a hitch and you are out of luck. Charging back thru AMEX is my only option at this time.
Note: Their "prompt" reply NEVER came!"
"These guys are running a shell game. They advertise cheap prices (was about 20$ cheaper than competitors on 225$ item), but they wanted 80$ (yes, EIGHTY DOLLARS) shipping when competitors ranged from 11$ to 20$. Interesting concept, beware of these guys.
Also, someone should explain to these people what "in stock" means. It appears that their saying on their website that they have something in stock means nothing."
"Wanted to order a GPS for wife as a gift. The web site showed it in stock, and after a week or more, was finally shipped. Was exactly what I ordered and all went smooth. Best price I could find on net on the particular GPS."

"Was a bit disappointed after all the rave reviews on this site.
Cons:
1) Web site is not easy to use.
2) Do NOT pay for "Priority Mail", as they ship anything over 1 CD (DVD) 1st class, which is a LOT slower.
3) The "will be shipped today" should be taken with a grain (ok, maybe a ton) of salt.
4) Shipping is per CD (DVD), inflating prices.
5) Once entered, there is no way to delete your credit card info. Use a "disposable, one use" number, if your credit card company has them available (most do.)
Pros:
1) They DO have a good selection.
2) Prices seem to be competitive.
All in all, if I want something they have and nobody else does, I will shop there again. If they are equal to another location, hmmmmm......"

"Ordered a Nikon 4600 camera and they took order and charged credit card promptly. The tracking info was fine, they sent that fairly quickly, and although they use UPS (camel, I think), looked like things were just proceeding how you would like it to. When I recieved the package from UPS, the packaging that the camera came in was a joke! The "box" (being very generous) was fine on top and sides, but on the bottom, there was a several inch opening the length of the box, and tape was on sides. Am not even sure that camera is inside of the box, but now am going to take it to local Staples and show them how it came in and get a credit on my card, also, wondering if my credit card info has been compromised, as the contents were open to any and all that work at Staples and UPS, at their leisure. NOT impressed at all, and will never order from these guys again."

"very good dealer, shipped exactly what was ordered, charged correctly, smooth transaction. only problem was UPS sux, they had package in town then reshipped it elsewhere, and then brought it back. Wish FedEx was an option, but was still good experience. Will buy from them again."
