"You should be very careful if you want to buy a laptop from this company, Lenovo. They offer very attractive products, however, their customer service was very bad. No one answers your phone, and no reply from email. If you just buy a laptop, you don't need to return it, then good luck. Otherwise, you should stay away from the Company. Product shipment has been delayed. There is no date when they deliver the product. So far I have not received the laptop yet. There is no way to cancel my order."

"Overall, my experience with B&H was great. However, they're close for a week for holiday now, which is in-convenient, and I cannot believe the Web store was closed too. I would like to talk to them about one of the purchases I made a few days ago and I don't know if their customer service is good or bad. Thanks."
