Fedex are crooks
"I raised a query number 33778969 with Fedex in February 2024 because I had paid an invoice twice.
Fedex can take months to send out invoices for import duty. I had paid for an invoice then received a reminder saying I hadn't paid so paid again by mistake.
I have provided all statements etc and Fedex have still not reimbursed me and keep saying it is being looked into, it is now 22-04-24
Hopeless
UPDATE...
It is now 31-05-24 and Fedex will not even reply to my many emails and messages let alone refund me.
I have written to the CEO, Raj Subramaniam twice and he hasn't even had the courtesy to reply.
Fedex is a bunch of cowboys with a CEO who is a complete waste of space, AVOID at all costs."
