"We hosted with 800Hosting and they tried to offer a settlement for our downtime. The settlement was laughable and they were far from managed hosting. We host with rackspace now and even though they are more expensive they are reliable and manage every aspect of our hosting. They take proactive steps. Things that rackspace claimed they would do but didnt."
