"Ordered a pelican case on 9/3/2014. Was told that it would be shipped within 10 days of order. That was on the receipt. Called after 14 days inquiring why I haven't heard anything. Was told it was a factory holdup. Called every week after and was told the same thing. I never received an email or call during this whole process. Finally after almost six weeks I was told the factory was holding my case because it didn't have the foam inserts.I told them to ship it without the inserts. I needed the case three weeks ago.Would have told them to cancel the order but there would been a lot of paperwork on my side. They said they would ship it out immediately but I still did not receive any email with tracking numbers. Nothing. Had to call them again and find out when it would be delivered. I would expect to receive an email or a call telling me the status. This has to be the absolutely worst customer service that I have ever been involved with. It is really bad because I work for the FAA and we order a lot of pelican cases. My group will pay a higher cost with another company for cases due to your poor customer service. Sorry for your loss of sales."
