Worst service ever
"I placed an order on October 1 of 2023. It was almost $1,000 order. It shipped out on October 4th. After that it disappeared I have not done any help from them on hearing that when it will ship or if I'll ever get it. They also had a nerve to say they were not going to refund my money and I would have to pay for restocking. I bought many times from them and now this is just terrible service. I have emailed them multiple times and even discuss with them on the phone and they leave me no options just to wait. Ridiculous"
