Rebuilding a show truck, and NOT with their product now!
"I had been shopping around for an all aluminum radiator that would work with my 92 F150 rebuild. Found one on their site that I thought would be perfect. It was late at night and I accidently ordered the one for a manual transmission instead of an auto. You would think no big deal, so I immediately emailed them about returning to get the correct one, that was on day 2 after delivery. I didn't open it right away. Waited a couple days for a response, waited 3 more days for a response, still waiting for a response. It's been almost 2 weeks and NOTHING! Now , keep in mind this is a project restore that is being documented... Great chance for brand recognition... GONE!! I am now going to sell it to get my money back, and go with a different company that I am going to pay a lot more for it, BUT , they actually called me to verify my order and specs. I am not only never going to use this company again, but , if anyone in my group asks for a supplier I am going to steer them away from here. I was literally going to have to pay over 150$ more for the correct one, so evidently they don't need the money or the business."
