"The website was okay, nothing to get excited about. I had a bit of trouble trying to find where I can find tracking for my order. I have not received the package yet and the tracking information on the website was out of date. The last item listed was for Dec 2 and today is Dec 6. Since today is Monday and we are just coming out of a weekend I'm not too concerned that the tracking info hasn't been updated, but I would rather it be updated at least once a day (during the week)."
