"This has to be the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They are like robots who read from a script like "we apologize but there is nothing that we can do. This decision is final." What happens is the item shows in stock on their website and after you place the order about a week later you get an email that says the item is canceled. I saw another item on their site after I was notified my order was canceled and the rep, Lori, said I see its in stock, go ahead and place the order and we will give you a 40% discount. After I placed the order I received an email from Gohastings customer service saying we will not honor that discount. I called the next day and they said the 2nd order I place is canceled because it's not in stock. Don't waste your time trying to call because they will DO NOTHING to make it right. "I asked for a 20% discount on my order when I submitted in online after speaking to George. He said he would give me a 15% discount. I said if they weren't willing to give me 20% off to please cancel my order. I spoke to Ras and asked what the total of the order was and didn't get the right discount. The package was already processed and in transit. I asked her to call me back and let me know what the status was and if they were willing to give me 20%. Three days passed and I didn't hear back so I called again. I spoke to Ras and she said she would speak to George. It's been another 3 days and I haven't heard back. I will be returning this tomorrow and I hope they are willing to pay for the shipping back."
