"I placed my next-day order and the item shipped right away, arriving on Friday. However there was a key part missing that never made it into the packaging.
When I called they said that they would try and get it out friday to be there by monday, but no promises. It'd be there by tuesday at the latest.
So I paid for next-day service, and I won't be able to use my product for five days. I feel like I got ripped.
The customer service people are generally rude and short tempered. Don't plan on asking them any questions, unless you can deal with getting a sarcastic response (some people's only form of authority in life lies only behind a computer screen).
I think customer service is important. Honestly, if the person I spoke too apoligized and at least pretended to care, I wouldn't be angry at all. I understand that shipping mistakes occur in life.
System-Mods puts little to no thought into their customer service. Their actions dictate their motto as being, "The customer is always...DUMB".
I may be dumb...but not dumb enough to buy from them again."
