"I ordered a case from the company and all seemed okay. Order delivery scheduled for 7-10 days. A month goes by... no case. I call and they tell me it is on back order. I then ask why I didn't receive a notification? The representative says her boss sent an email personally for the case. However I searched my google inbox with only a hit on the original confirmation page. They then attempt to have a case shipped from another (?competitor/partner?) warehouse and it will ship the next day. GREAT right? Another week goes by and they say it is in transit. I then cancelled the order as I couldn't rely on them for another delay and ordered the same case from Amazon for $100 cheaper and 2 day shipping. The Amazon shipment came the day prior and we refused shipment on the Pelicancases.com box. They stated they would issue the refund as soon as the case made it back to the factory. (They told me it came from a warehouse and now it is a factory?) Needless to say 2 weeks later they were conveniently notified the day prior of the return shipment and issued the refund when I called.
I would only recommend to purchase from them if you have a few months to wait and don't mind calling them over and over again. They hide behind a nice website and great VOIP phones, but they are indeed a very small distributor. I would guess 4-5 people running the whole place. Everything seems very professional until it's not. Do yourself a favor and order from another distributor of the Pelican products."
