Poor Quality
"We ordered a "Five Star" printed band to raise money for a child battling cancer. After less than a week the print on the bands have worn off. I have contacted customer service 4 separate times and they tell me this is a "temporary" band. The website does not advertise as such. We have had to refund almost every order and have now lost money on the fundraiser. The staff has been extremely rude and unhelpful. Take your business elsewhere."
