"I bought a remanufactured Cybex 610 from Fitness Superstore in Feb. 2019. I have used the machine continuously since then (6months). My experience with the salesperson was excellent. I bought the machine sight unseen based on online reviews and YouTube videos of the remanufacturing process at Fitness Superstore. This required some trust on my part, which it turns out was correct. The machine arrived as promised, in perfect working order an 9.5/10 cosmetic condition. I have found the staff to be available and knowledgable as well as friendly. Home assembly took 30 minutes and I was off. I am delighted with my experience and the machine, which I expect to use for many years. It really makes no sense to buy a brand new machine at 3 times the price."
