Excellent
"I ordered from Replacements.com twice - once in 2014 and once in 2021. Both times, I got exactly what I wanted and and in great shape and quickly. The first time, I ordered some pieces to replace items from my hand-me-down set of dishes from my mom and the second time, I ordered some Coca Cola glasses I wanted that are no longer being manufactured. I don't remember the packing from the first order, but my second order was packed really well. The glasses were wrapped in brown paper with slits so that the paper would expand, then they were packed in dissolvable starch-based packing peanuts. Reducing plastic (and all waste, in general) is really important to me, so I was really happy to see that I can just rinse the packing peanuts down the sink. Yay! I think they should make this clear on the website so that people know. I also really like that I can check out as a guest and don't have to create an account. This company has been around a long time and my mother used to order from them years ago before the Internet."

"I ordered the two types of bait recommended for pavement ants. I like that they had recommendations and explanations of the types of bait needed (sweet and grease/protein) for the type of ant I have. The website is really well organized and I received the bait really quickly. So far, it appears to be very effective. There were no directions on how frequently or for how many days to apply it on the labels (though they did say how to apply it - squeeze the gel in spots and sprinkle the dry flakes over a 3-foot radius), but I applied it 3 times so far based on whether there seemed to be any activity and how much bait was left in the area, which was every 4-5 days or so, and it seems to be very effective. There are a lot of dead ants and the activity seems to have completely dropped off. I took pictures but there is no way to upload them to this site."

selling a product that claims to be bed bug proof, but isn't
"I purchased two SafeRest "bed bug proof" pillow protectors from Bed Bug Supply. However, they are not bed bug proof. Why is a bed bug supply company selling a product that is advertised as bed bug proof, but isn't?
The end of the zipper on the SafeRest pillow protector sold by Bed Bug Supply does not have a velcro closure or any type of extra layering of fabric to prevent bed bugs from crawling in and out where the zipper closes. You can see this for yourself if you look for pictures of this product taken by customers.
Apparently, SafeRest's mattress encasement has a "Bed Bug Proof 360° Secure Zipper™ Feature" (as shown on the mattress encasement page on the Bed Bug Supply site), but it's definitely not on their pillow protector.
I am returning the product, but the original shipping cost will be deducted and I have to pay to return it. I feel like I shouldn't have to pay this because they shouldn't be selling a product that claims to be bed bug proof, but isn't. I trusted that it was when I ordered and then found out it wasn't."
