"I ordered a Dell laptop for my husband's Christmas gift on 12/11/2010. My credit card was charged on 12/13/10. I received an email notice of shipping on 12/17/10. The computer never arrived and on 12/23 I started trying to make contact with them and only got voicemail. I left many messages and then resorted to emails, which they never responded to . On Jan 3, 2011 I went to my bank to dispute the charges on my Visa, which I soon was credited back the amt which I had been charged on 12/13/10. I never received any communication from California Computer Center, they are horrible at customer service and do not send in an appropriate time. Today, 1/5/11 I received the laptop I ordered with a Fed Ex ship date of 12/31/10!! What a pitiful company to have dealt with!!! Never again...don't waste your time and $$ on this company!!"
