Worst customer service
"I placed my first order from a catalog they sent stating I was pre approved for a line of credit and my first payment would be deferred. When I received my bill and it was not deferred, I called the customer service number. An hour and a half later, bounced back and forth between the credit department and customer service 6 times, no one knows how to change the due date for the first payment. I sent an email which I received an immediate reply with a phone number to call, and when I called it, the agent stated he needed to transfer me. I hung up, stating I had been through that already. I have never dealt with a company that seemed to enjoy toying with the customer as much as this one. Surely someone knows how to do simple data entry there. Buyer beware...it’s all fun and games until you need to contact customer service. And that first payment not due for 2 months part is a scam."
