Superb Customer Service
"Kari Hein has been our representative since we began using Salesgenie. Salesgenie is a very important tool in our Sales Department and has really help boost our customer base. Kari has always been there to help when needed. No matter what the situation she jumps in action to help however she can. She has explained and tutored our new reps over the phone when there is a hiccup in making business list. It is really nice to speak with an actual person when needed. It's also a huge benefit that she is so nice and ready to help us learn to use Salesgenie to our best advantage. She should be awarded for her outstanding
