"***WARNING 20+ DAYS TO PROCESS RETURNS***The mini projector I ordered shipped from BuyDig.com on 10/2. The item arrived on 10/6 and was broken. I called customer support on the morning of 10/7 and was given an RMA# and told that a prepaid shipping label would be emailed to me within 24 hours. The label didn't arrive in email until late 10/10. I sent the package back on 10/11 didn't hear anything until 10/17. The email they sent on 10/17 stated they had received the return and it would take an additional 7 to 14 days to process the return. On 10/24 I received an email from PayPal stating a refund was in the process of posting and it will take 3 to 5 business days for that to happen. It's now 10/25 and I still do not have access to the funds. Over 20 days to process a return for a defective item is UNACCEPTABLE! I will not shop with them again no matter how good the deal is."
"I orderd a Garmin City Navigator North America DVD map and it was priced way less than anywhere else. The DVD was the most current map release (like they described) and shipping was very fast. I'm very happy with my shopping experience."
"Parts took over a week to arrive. I was surprised that it cost almost $5 for shipping. The tiny item arrived in a box big enough to put 50 of these parts in. It turned out I had ordered the wrong part. When I sent the item back I cut the box down to fit the size of the item. Shipping through USPS cost me $1.50. I re-ordered the correct item (similarly sized and again the the shipping to me was almost $5) It has been almost a month and I still haven't received a refund for the returned item."
"I ordered a gold crucifix for my sons first communion and was surprised to find that the measurements they give on the web site are not the measurements for the cross alone. The measurements are for the cross plus the length of the ring that holds it to the necklace. When the item arrived I was surprised at how small it was. I think they need to clearly state on their web site what the actual measurements are of. Finally the item wasn't as detailed as the one shown on their web site. I won't order from them again."
"Booo! My credit card was charged the full amount on the day of my order. My items didn't ship for 5 more days and didn't arrive at my home for a total of 11 days from the original order date! When the shipment arrived 4 items were missing. The invoice included in the shipment noted that they were back ordered. I received no notification prior to that, that any of my items were on back order...not during the initial order nor during the long 11 days it took for my order to arrive. You don't charge someone for items before they ship. You don't charge someone for items you can't provide in the promised shipment. You don't leave customers in the dark about back ordered items. You don't wait to notify a customer about missing items they are fully expecting to arrive in the shipment they are supposed to arrive in. I won't shop here again."
"When I placed my order I specifically asked for a remote control boat that IS NOT 40mhz. They sent a 40mhz boat anyway. Useless! I wanted to use it with another boat that has that mhz. After trying and trying to call I finally got through. What should have been a 3 minute phone call took 10 minutes because they kept putting me on hold. They said I needed to mail the boat back and call them back with the tracking number. Call them back! Jeesh what a pain. They said if I did this a new boat could be sent right away and I would be refunded my shipping costs for returning the boat. I did what they said. After many attempts to reach them on the phone the second time I finally got through. They said they won't refund the shipping until they receive the package and that I would have to call back AGAIN once they receive it and then they would CONSIDER refunding the shipping. What!!? Who runs a business like this? Sure their prices are cheap but it's not worth the hassle. I'll spend the few extra bucks next time and buy from a reputable place. Good luck if you choose to ignore this."
