"At first I was very happy with the ease of purchase and the professionalism of the employees of the Mattress Giant in Springfield Pa, then delivery time came. I had scheduled a delivery for Sat 3/12. I was told I would recieve a call from the delivery company on the night before. By 8:30 on friday night I hadn't gotten a phone call so I called the store to find out what was going on. The salesman told me that I wasn't on the schedule and the earliest they could deliver would be on tuesday at a time when I would be a work. When I explained that he had set this up for saturday he said there was nothing he could do. I went back to the store to cancel my order and the salesman was very rude and didn't seem to care that he had just lost a sale. I left that store, went to sleepy,s and got the same mattress, same deal, with an already comfirmed delivery date of the next day and saved $40.00. I should have gone to Sleepy's in the first place."
