"Great experience! I put a fairly large order (for me), amounting to over $4,000 and was pretty nervous about ordering online and with a retailer unknown to me. However, the price difference between my local brick-and-mortar retailer and American Fast Floors was significant, so I took the plunge. Their customer service from Day 1 was fabulous. Their communication with me was great, and they were so responsive. The tiles were shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. The best part is that their prices beat out retailers significantly and the process was seamless and pleasant. 5 stars for them. Thanks so much."
