"I have had the same experience as others. Ordered filters 7/11/2015.
After six weeks I called to ask the status of the filters. I did speek with a lady who notified me the shipment was defective and didn't know when the filters would arrive. I asked to cancel my order and credit the charge back to my credit card. No credit received after two months. I have called multiple times and left messages on answering machine. I've also emailed with no response. On 9/11/2015 I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they are reversing the charges.
This company must be out of business and I agree are a scam.
Just go to Home Depot and pay a little more and get your products!"
