cust service for problems: bad to the point of insulting
I mis-entered the zipcode and my package was sent back as undeliverable. My bad, so was willing to pay to have them re-shipped and to cover the fee USPS charged to return. But Cheap also wanted to gouge me for even more money on top of that. And, to make matters worse, the customer service guy, "Max," acted like he was punishing me for an honest mistake. A real jerk.
No price is low enough for me to do business with jerks. They lost me as a customer."
