"The service on the internet seemed to be great, however, it is 13 days since I have placed my order and I still have have not received the items? I was told that it would be shipped between 5- 7 working days?? This is very disappointing as I am waiting for the package for a birthday gift for 4 girls. I have just sent an email to the company- hopefully, the order arrives before Thursday, the 26th when I need it??"
