"1ST ORDER ... there was an issue with the billing and shipping address. The money was still debited out of my account. Order was eventually cancelled and it took a long time for the credit to be issued.
2ND ORDER ... was not told that at the time when placing the order the item was out of stock. Money was debited, order cancelled out of their system, had to prove I had an order to be credited and was eventually credited weeks later.
FRIEND'S ORDER ... My friend received a tank that his wife bought him only to find out that it was previously used. Paid for the return to get a new one. Has yet to receive a new one or a credit on their account. Sent emails without a return reply and tried calling and the voice mail box was full. They're still out the tank, cost of the tank, and the return cost of the return shipping cost."
