"Ordering was easy, however, after-sale was very bad. Never got an email with conf#, never got a notice that they shipped it. No communication whatsoever. Email them to ask when they shipped it out, no respond. Next day, the shipment arrive.
RC Boat that I order was horrible. I order two of them at $60 each. The battery only lasted 5 minutes. Call to see if it was defective or if I could exchange it for a better one. Was told that these are cheap battery and cheap charge. I should upgrade to better battery and charge. Both of those would cost me more than the boat it self. Was told I couldn't return it since I used it once. How would I know that it is bad unless I used it? THen they continue to tell me that I should have research the model I bought. I told them that their website does not mention anything about the boat only lasting 5 minutes. They did mention on the more expensive one that it last more than 40 minutes. It seem that if it is something that make the product look bad, the omit that information.
Be aware of their website info. I am not stuck with two RC boats that is basically worthless."
