"I ordered 3 tee shirts, red, blue, white. Package arrived with one white and two blue. Called customer service. No problem I will ship out a red shirt to you and you can keep the blue. Oh wait, we don't have any red in your size. Send the extra blue back to us and we will refund the price. But you have to pay for shipping and when you know how much it will cost call us and we will give you a e-credit for the amount of shipping. Not going to happen. Every other place I deal with sends out a prepaid shipping label via email. I asked to speak to a supervisor. There aren't any in right now, but rep will put a note on my file and have one call me. A week later nothing. Interesting how I could keep the extra blue shirt and they would send me a red too. I loved the brick and mortar stores. I'm done with the online store. Not ordering from them again."
