note to self - read reviews before ordering anything through Decor Planet. You in for a ride
"Ordered a bathtub. Got an estimated shipping date. Ok. You cannot rely on the order status through your account on their website. Mine still shows "in production". I called to cancel my order but they told me it shipped already. Order status shows still in production. They gave me a tracking number, but turns out for an entirely different shipment from one of their bath supply partners (Aquatic Bath) - nothing to do with my order. And now they can't give me a status of where my order is. If you miss their very narrow cancellation window regardless of the status of the order, they want to hit you with a 15% restocking fee. I agree with another reviewer, this is predatory. Still waiting to see how this plays out, but my spidey senses are tingling scam business practices here."
