"Chris was great to deal with and returned calls promptly. I bought a super loaded Macbook Pro with antiglare screen (hard to find!) and it's everything it was supposed to be. Beautiful piece of gear with incredible pricing (I know because i looked for a long time!). I'd definitely go back there to buy my next piece of gear.

Update: When the laptop I had received had some unforeseen issues with the motherboard and no replacement could be found (I needed a hard-to-find matte display), Chris immediately offered to refund me for the full amount - and did. Once again, I have to say: what a guy. Highly recommend."
