"I ordered a tow hitch adapter for my car. The item came in a timely manner and I was very anxious to install it on my day off (day before Thanksgiving). On the day of, I open the box and immediately notice the hitch was dirty and had stress areas as if it was already installed on a vehicle. I didn't care much because it was going to get beat up once installed under my vehicle. I proceeded to the bag of hardware and began a item check and noticed I was missed a lot of hardware. I called Hayneedle to tell them my situation and they politely put me on hold to contact the manufacture of the hitch. The manufacture was closed at that day but Hayneedle promised to contact me within a few days. I was sure they were going to call me after the holiday weekend but the evening after Thanksgiving I received a phone call from a representative from Hayneedle saying they were going to refund me the money and email me a shipping label to have the item picked up from FedEx and returned. She then told me that they raised the price of the tow hitch but offered to set up a new order for me at the old price so I wouldn't have to pay the extra amount it went up. The new hitch came in two business days later and everything was brand new with all the hardware. I would have definitely bought the tow hitch for a little more just because of their Great customer service."

"Placed an order for Fluke meter last week and decided to look around some more for different meters. I called them up to cancel my order and they did it hassle-free. Then sunday night i decided I wanted to buy the meter and placed the order that night. The shipping was extremely fast, the package came on Tuesday (two days after i placed my order). Im planning to buy some air tools and I will surely order it from here again. I Would recommend National Toll Warehouse to anyone."
