Poor Customer Service Return Policy
"I bought a coat fro Lands End and it was not what I expected. It was a very heavy weight, too heavy for where I live in California. I went to return it and found first there was not a way to print a return label on their website. I called and they MAILED me a label. I packet it up and pasted the label on the box and realized all it contained was the address, it was not pre paid. I called and was toldthey don't cover postage unless the coat is defective. I had to pay 17.00 in postage to return the coat. I can not buy ANYTHING online with a return policy such as this, especially clothing. You have to try it on touch it etc. They need to ramp it up a bit and join with the other online sellers. This is very old school. I won't be back."
