"I absolutely will not order from this company again. I just order one of their deluxe photobooks and half the photos are either too red or too dark. When I called customer service they said to take a photo of some of the pictures and email them back to MyPublisher for review. My Publisher emailed back to say it is not their error. My high end monitor is calibrated regularly, I recently submitted color prints to a printing company for calibration check..which they compared to very close PLUS some of these same files were sent for another book I had previousely ordered from MY Publsiher ...and they do not even match each other! Extremely poor customer service.
So, for all those who claim how great they are, just wait...I thought they had a good product as well, but sooner or later, you will order a book and it will look horrible for all the money and time you spent...and customer service will absolutely do nothing about it. Well, if they will not do anything to correct it..my only recourse is to write reviews. There are plenty of other publishing companies...ADORMA is great...try them instead!"
