absolutely horrible!!
"Ordered my parts on August 9th. website talks about 2-3 day shipping and gives you NO indication as to items being in stock.
after ordering I was told my items wouldn't arrive till between the 18th - 24th.
called on the 23rd and was assured all items were there and would ship that day...
called on the 25th and was told that everything would ship that day and would have parts by end of week
called on the 27 and was told that all items except 1 would be at USPS for shipping today.
Delays are a part of life....backorders are a part of life.....LYING TO CUSTOMERS IS NOT!!!
I will never order from these guys again, and will hit all my honda forums and spread the word so that at the very least I can help people avoid this kind of customer mistreatment."
