"My order arrived within 7 business days of my request. Unfortunately, the size on the frames were not the size I had ordered from framesdirect. I took the frames to my local optometrist and they were able to adjust them to make them work for me without having to return the frames. This was my second purchase from FramesDirect.com and I will buy again next year!"
