"Terrible experience and customer service! We placed an order for some custom sofas back in Jan. On 2/17 we received a notification that our order was ready for delivery, so we scheduled a delivery for today 3/3 and we even received another text yesterday 3/2 to again confirm out delivery for today. I took the day off from work today ( had to use my sick time ) only to get a call from a rep telling me that they couldn’t deliver today because they “Overloaded” the truck. There solution take another day off for next Thursday as nothing else was available and they would waive the delivery fee. Really is that all you have? Your solution for me is to use up another 8 hours of sick time only to hope you don’t “Overload” the truck again? How about just doing what you can to get our order out to us today, or at the very least rescheduling to Saturday or Sunday and giving me a discount for having to use up my sick time for nothing that I can’t get back. It’s not my fault you lack the logistics management checks to know when you have overloaded a truck."
