"They have an extremely unfriendly return policy. UPS gave me incorrect shipping and holding information twice which caused the item to be sent back to them. They won't refund me the S&H - $17 - which I am completely fine with. My problem is they are actually attempting to charge me an additional $17 for having the item returned back to them even though I never received it. I spoke to their customer service and explained all the details and they are still going to charge $17, claiming they are charged a fee from the carrier for the item's return which I've never even heard of. Completely unreasonable and a complete rip off!"
