We apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. In general terms it is up to each insurance carrier to determine whether they will charge payment processing fees. If you would like, please contact our office so we can review your specific case and advise you as to the reason of the fees, or see if there is another insurance company that may not charge fees or if direct billing is an option.
