"Awful service. Have had new under warranty kitchen aid refrigerator broken for over 4 months now. the warranty company will not repair because its a factory defectWhirlpool is dragging their feet with the problemthis is the worst company I've ever had to deal with in my entire life I will never shop at hhgregg again they do not stand behind their products.I have spent at least 40 hours on the telephone trying to get this matter resolved"

"Worst place ever
bought a new kitchen aid refrigerator a year ago.
it broke 4 months ago. Have had 4 different repairman to fix the warranty issue. Still no working unit. I even bought the 3 year full extended warranty. DONT SHOP AT THE RICHMOND VA STORE its dreadful dealing with them.never buy whirlpool."
