Bait and switch operation
"I sent in my iPhone 7, filled out the form, and was quoted $250 for the phone. Upon inspection, they reduced the quote to $200, because of "screen scratches." I requested photos of the scratches they were referring to, and they sent me pictures of scratches on the back of the phone. When you fill out the form that goes along with your submission, there is no field related to scratches on the back of the phone. They are clearly leaving this field out in order to get customers hyped by the good price, and then once the phone is in their hands, they reduce the quote due to issues or categories they did not actually include in their initial assessment.
I went back and forth with the customer rep for 5 emails, and they refused to acknowledge the issue or give me the quoted price. Would never ever use them again."
