Bait and switch
"The description said HP ink cartridge. What I got was a generic used refilled cartridge. Never would have bought it since those refilled ones rarely work. Nowhere did it say it was a used refill. Presented as a brand new HP item."

Deceitful theives
"Ordered the tires that included a rebate. Website said they had plenty in stock. A week goes by with no shipping info so I called. They said they called and left a message that the tires were not in stock. I guarantee they did not call. The replacements don't have a rebate (of course), but he gave me an instant discount of $50 to appease me, so like a fool I bought the tires. DTD has a whole list of installers they work with, but when I had the tires installed I was charged $100. I told them mounting and balancing was included by DTD, he said that was news to him so he called. Come to find out mounting and balancing is only free when you buy both the tires AND wheels from them. "BOTH" being the operative word which they DO NOT say on their website. By the time I got done with everything I could have bought the tires locally for a lot less. Between the bait and switch and the promise of free mounting that was deceitful, I'll never deal with them again and you shouldn't either."
