Refused to cancel order
"Cancelled order a few hours after I ordered it. They said the item had already shipped and refused to cancel the order. The FedEx tracking showed that a shipping label had been created but the Item had not shipped/ Informed the company but they still refused to cancel and refund my credit card. I will have to refuse delivery and ask credit card company for a chargeback. Terrible, dishonest customer service."
