"I have purchased many items from JIZBEE but yesterday (a Sunday) I notified them a headphone that arrived Saturday was defective. Today (Monday) I was notified by PayPal that the purchase price had been refunded. Great service and I will continue to check their site daily knowing customer satisfaction is very important to JIZBEE."
