"I placed an order with WAE+ on 29th June 2012 for just under £300 for a few PC components, with delivery expected just over a week later. It was during this time that I noticed all the negative reviews (why I didn't see them before is beyond me)and started to get really anxious. Especially when I checked my account and saw the funds had already been pulled from my bank account. However...
Despite stressing and thinking I'd lost my money, or at the very least would have a fight on my hands to get it back, they did fulfil most of my order, but it was delivered later than they originally stated.
One item mysteriously ended up out of stock,(it was such a good price I'd be amazed if anyone got one!) but the other two arrived a few days late.
The problem seems to be a severe lack of good communication with their customers - if the order page was updated more frequently and any delays clearly stated, instead of leaving people to wonder what has happened, it would solve a few problems. Being honest about delays rather than pulling a delivery date out of thin air (that comes and goes without sign of a delivery) would also help!
The wording of the T&Cs also needs to be cleaned up and phrased slightly differently.
Finally, if an item is not going to be shippable then it shouldn't be listed as available. I'm still trying to figure out why my order came from Dublin?
I would be cautious about ordering from them again, and would take the delivery timescale with a pinch of salt - at least they are contactable on Facebook."
